How billing works
- Export allowance: one successful interior PDF export uses one credit. Failed or cancelled exports don't count. Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused credits don't carry over.
- Recurring billing: PayPal charges your chosen amount in USD at the start of every month or year until you cancel.
- When access starts: paid features switch on once PayPal confirms your subscription is active, not at the moment you click approve. This usually takes a few seconds.
- Currency: you're charged in USD. If you pay from another currency, PayPal or your bank may convert it and add fees. We don't show converted prices.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. No partial refunds for unused time, except as described in the refund policy.
- Failed payments: if a renewal fails, PayPal retries. If it keeps failing, PayPal suspends the subscription and your account moves to Free until it's fixed.
- Changing plans: cancel your current plan first, then subscribe to the new one. This avoids being billed for two subscriptions at once.
