- Add your content: type puzzle blocks (for example

Frequently asked questions
What counts as an export?
Each successful interior PDF export uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Cover PDFs, PNGs, ZIPs and JSON project files don't use credits. A failed or cancelled export gives the credit back. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How does billing work?
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through PayPal in US dollars (USD), monthly or yearly. PayPal charges you automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If your card or bank account is in another currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion and fees.
Which countries can pay?
Paid plans are for customers who can pay with PayPal in USD. PayPal decides which countries and payment methods are accepted at checkout. Customers in India may not be able to subscribe, because PayPal doesn't process domestic payments within India.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. You can also cancel from your PayPal account under automatic payments.
Where are my projects stored?
Your current book is saved in your own browser. Use More → Save project to keep a JSON backup file on your computer. Cloud project storage isn't available yet.
Will my book pass KDP review?
The builder uses KDP's published trim sizes, bleed and spine-width rules, but it can't guarantee approval. Always review your proof and check KDP's current requirements and content guidelines.
